I just noticed a previous thread on the crawl control on winter roads. With all the bells and whistles on the 13 what is the best option for driving on snow packed icy interstate highways. Is it just the 4 hi and forget about the bells and whistles??
Thanks
Gene

Yes.

If it is really bad you can go to 4lo to get the gearing to keep from rolling too fast. I'm not sure what the other guy was doing with the crawl control...maybe offroad i would use it but on a normal road drive it like a 4x4. Drove all the way from Denver to Farmington, NM, at least half was packed ice and snow, did great.

Yes.

If you're going less than 60mph and the road is slippery, you could also lock the center differential.
