2011 LC - Climate and audio buttons dont work (2 Viewers)

Just picked up this LC and noticed the climate, audio, and destination buttons do not work. Is it a fuse or do I need a whole new head unit?

Know anything more about the trucks history? Sometimes water leaks can cause odd electrical problems. I doubt it’s a fuse, but if it is, something else is wrong to cause it to blow.

Is there a dvd in it? I’ve read that when some put a dvd in their head unit sometimes it will act like this. Problem solved if they don’t put a dvd in it…weird.

Not much history other than it’s in semi rough shape.

nope. The buttons don’t do anything when the dvd player is empty.

No. Bluetooth connects, everything works besides those buttons.

I am only able to control the AC via the temp +/- buttons on the vents.

When I press the climate button nothing happens at all. Same with destination and audio.
