How much for raffle tickets?? Do we have to be there, no guarantee I am going to be around then.
 
You need to attend to participate in the raffle due to the way it's set up.

Is the other club that is coming to the FG also soliciting/contributing raffle prizes?
 
No, the FG is our event and our raffle that helps fund this event, our club and helps us raise money for the charities we choose to give to.
 
So does that mean the other club's members won't be participating in the receiving end of the raffle either unless they join YT?
 
To participate in the Fall Gathering they must be a YT member.
To participate in the raffle they must buy tickets.
