Dude, Shweet. I will buy you beer......for after the trail ride of course.
Is Brooke gonna kick your but cuz your wheel'n on your birthday?

Nah...but it might be a good excuse to ask the:princess: for a couple of early presents!! That way I can make sure everything is bolted up beforehand.:D

I dont know if ScottyMarks made it up here but I was stuck up north and just got back bit ago. I feel like ass, if he did hope you had fun man.

I'm putting my ugly face on this thread again. :bang: Some of us (yeah, more than just me) are still wondering if there's something else we could do on Halloween (10/31) other than Lane's hard core trip. (I have been advised that it is hard enough going downhill without taking it on uphill.)

The alternative trail would either be in that area of the state (SW - NH) so club members of varying abilities could cross paths, or somewhere else. We are looking for an outing that is challenging without a requirement for lockers to get through it, but winches might be useful on occasion.

Who else is up for for going or has a suggested location/route? Waumbus? Anyone who wants to lead? I'd lead, but I'm just not familiar with much more than the Class VI roads near me and the power lines in Troy. (T - any interest?)

Since it is Halloween, I'll bring Candy if that's what it takes. It might be our last chance for more than 2-3 of us to go out at the same time before the Holidays and winter snows. We have all winter to :wrench: and not enough time left to :steer:

Another club will be running Wambus that day. Carnage, powelines, landslide are an option for you.
Landslide has 5 or 6 different lines to run up the main hill.

Thanks Lane! Anyone out there interested?

hi Rick, just seeing if you got my check. Sorry if the LC fix is cutting into your fall wheeling, you should take that Saturday off to check out the Maine woods.

I fly back to Washington on the 1st. but I might come down to new hampshire on sunday. Im not sure what is advised for hardcore group but if I dont meet those requirements than I can do the lighter stuff. Im going go back out to all wheel on Saturday.

I got the check and it's all good. I take time off for wheeling and get enough. My son is having a Halloween party and the wife has told me I'm not to go anywhere during that time. :D

He's saying about 10 kids are coming but we weren't born yesterday and realize there is a scaling factor with that count.

Hardcore group will need at least 33's, and a locker. A winch would be a very good thing too.

Yea brendan and I will show. im still in grace, and brendan has a mega capable samurai 33 tsl's double locked. He and I drove all over gretchens during fall gathering.

Where are we going?

There's still some interest in an alternative run. Keep watching this thread or the YT Daily Chat thread.

I'm not the #1 go to guy on where to wheel, just want to do some by the end of the month.

I'd be happy to lead a group in the south central NH area if we can't get to the more friendly alternative trails to the hardcore place at the beginning of the thread. Mine is in Central NH, about 1/2 an hour west of Concord. No lockers required, but it will still be a good challenge for some and it won't exclude any stockers who have some prior experience and a lack of worry.
