Hi everyone, I am new to this and have a few (potentially stupid) questions.

I am looking to sign up for the Fall Gathering and I understand that I need to join the Yankee Toys Club. My questions are:
  1. At what time of day does everything start, I am interested in Trails1 and 2 as my vehicle is stock (2010 FJ)
  2. Can you come for Sat-Sun only, will there still be campsites?
  3. For Trails1 and 2, ok to bring a 5yr old who LOVES "off-roading?"
  4. Is there a gas station nearby or do I need to prep and bring additional gas?
  5. Besides the obvious camping supplies is there anything that anyone would recommend for a "newbie" to bring? (I see mention of people cooking, is it group meals every day or bring your own)?
If there is a better place for this post please let me know :)

Thanks in advance!

Welcome!!

We usually try to get lined up no later than 8:30. Yes, you can do Sat & Sun; there are plenty of campsites; it is open camping so anywhere you find a spot. We have a great group of kids who enjoy the trails and Trail 1 and 2 will be perfect. There is a gas station about 10 miles south of the camping area that has gas, ice and other necessities. We have a catered bbq on Saturday night but other than that we each do our own cooking; there are also some dining options nearby.

See you in October.

Is there somewhere that lists which runs are full and which have openings?

A BIG THANKS to Jason Peters and Randy Elkin for their work on the shirt again this year. The shirts will be a medium-dark blue, and you get one shirt with each registration (as well as a raffle ticket and a sticker) and can add more shirts on your registration form.

For the directions is there an address that I can plug into my GPS for the campground? I didn't see anything on the directions about a specific address?

Thanks again.

Since YT Membership runs from Oct 1 to Sept 30, can we register now without being a member and then pay our membership for the 2010-2011 season?
