It's time! I've got 178K on it and it's time to bring it all to new again. I'm taking it to a trusted body shop tomorrow for an extreme makeover. Remove and toss the hideous clattering fender flares. All new rubber trim pieces, repaint the entire vehicle, repaint rails, wiper arms, new headlights, new OEM grill, new logo insert.

I'll post pics when she's done.

OMG don’t make us wait!

Here is the before. Can't tell a whole lot in the shade. It's a stunner as it is, but I'm very picky. This thing is rock solid and it deserves to be made new.

my favorite part is that you are finally getting rid of the MOBSTER GST and SET nastee flares.

Those GST and SET should all be hanged for what they do Toyota cars, and the people who buy them new, who keep giving them the business...

I HOPE and PRAY that you are keeping the halogens. Hardly any of us 08 poors (you are not poor) have the OME OG halogens. All are being traitorous and moving to $1300 led.

I'm not really sure - the body shop guy is ordering them. Those flares - just awful. I don't like the look of them, and even if I did, they really destroy the finish because the fitment is terrible. I've been living with those things clattering at speed for 9 years, and they're going to the trash can.

glad you dont like the flares either.. you are a smart man - hope you stay OEM halogen as Toyota intended

I couldn't live with them more than 8 years and 364 days, but you are a better man than I ...

I found so many good LC (100 and 200) when ever I see the flares, I walk away.

Yeah the flares have long since cut through the clear and into the base, so every fender will have to be sanded and refinished.

So how many Amazon Green LCs were sold in the US and what model years? I’ve legit never seen one in the flesh.

There are not a lot out there. If I recall correctly, Amazon Green was offered only from 2008-2013, and by special order for 2014 and 2015.

There were a total of 27,005 2008-2013 Land Cruisers sold in the U.S. My Toyota dealership guy says that approximately 2 percent of these were Amazon Green. That puts it at 540 units. That would put the newest of these at 12 years old, and the oldest at 17 years old. Sadly, many may not be on the road anymore - fire, flood, totaled. Currently, there are 30 LCs on cars.com that are 2008-2013. Coincidentally, one of them is Amazon Green. I practically never see an Amazon Green 200 for sale.

My guesstimate is that there are 350-400 Amazon Green 200s in the U.S. now.
