Hey Everyone,

To start- if this is something that has already been covered and had good input, please feel free to just point me to a link/thread. I tried looking a bit, but I may have missed something that could answer my below questions.

I have a 2009 that is about to hit the 200k mile mark. I want to keep her in good shape for years to come, whether that be for my use or for the next owner down the road as I, like you, love these vehicles and don't want to see our already limited inventory of these LCs diminished by lack of preventative maintenance. I bought this one with about 95k miles around 5 years ago and put it in the dealership shop for the 100k mile service. The only thing I have done since then is oil changes every 5k miles (at service shop) and then brakes (myself) and also had a pinhole in the top of the radiator a couple of years ago, so I also replaced the radiator myself with OEM radiator (for better or worse- I believe there may be some better aftermarket options). Other than the radiator issue, this has been a great, reliable machine, as expected.

Wanted to hear the thoughts from the experienced members of this forum on what they would recommend as a good list of things I should have checked/replaced for this 200k service. Don't exactly trust the dealer to know what to do or look for, as I don't think they work on the LCs with much regularity, at least at my dealership. Thanks in advance. Would be interested in hearing both must-do service items, as well as any additional things that may not have to be done, but would be worth checking into.

Here is my 150K baseline PM thread. I’m not done yet but there is a list of parts I. The thread. It’s has admittedly snowballed for me and I have replaced some parts that were still perfectly fine. I’ve learned a ton doing all of the work myself with the help of this forum.

150k PM
