Not mine but was on my list of cars I've seen. The owner was honest and wanted to fix the issues I found so I figured I'd pass on her listing.

Used 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser for sale in Bandera, TX 78003: Sport Utility Details - 478932137 - Autotrader

LC 2011 prior CPO w/86,000 miles @ $38k. Original asking was $40.5 and dropped the price 4 weeks ago to current price.

White w/ terra interior

Reason to sell: Can’t tow LC behind RV and bought a Jeep.

The Good:
-2 owner TX vehicle with maintenance records by indy mechanic due to living in the boonies with ~6-8k oil changes and 1 year old brakes/tires. I don't have copies.
-Has all options available at that time (cool box/DVD/JBL). DVD headphones still in the plastic bags.
-Owner is familiar with the platform and has had 6-7 LCs over their lifetime.
-No OBD codes on my test drive.
-No animal nests despite sitting 3 months (has been on the market since at least JAN) in Bandera, TX. I crawled under the entire vehicle.
-No oil leaks on my inspection under the vehicle and the cv boots looked good (no pics).
-Owner fixing issues found on my test drive/inspection.

The Bad:
-One Carfax animal (deer) impact at front left with reputable shop repairs (documents are available with ~$5k repairs to bumper/fender/headlight). Vehiclehistory.com shows 3/7 damage, at 45mph, no airbags and was towed.
-Owner also discloses another claim not on Carfax/AutoCheck with backing into tree that was repaired at same shop. Documents are available with ~$5k repairs to bumper/rear gate/roof rack but one of the last lines on the 3 page document lists FRAME repair (Frame/Rack set up 1.0 hours and Sheetmetal pull 2.0 hours). I stopped here but there is a chance this is minor for reattaching the bumper. I never received photos and found out about this after seeing the vehicle.
-My personal inspection showed coolant leak to the undercarriage and she dropped it off at her mechanic last Monday for repair (to include another oil change). This leak may be the water pump based on her mileage and her radiator looked fine without any cracks on my inspection.
-WILL BE DUE 90K MILE SERVICE VERY SOON. Never did the 60K service with Toyota.
-Minor stuff like wear/tear with handle scratches. Driver’s door inner weather seal ripped (fixed by mechanic on Monday).
-The gas door rubs when opening which may be from tree impact vs toyota design (google has a lot of people with this issue).
-The interior/exterior/engine bay had a lot of dirt from being used by a realtor in the boonies likely on dirt roads and sitting in the country elements for 3 months with pretty much no use also probably didn’t help. Most of it can be cleaned with a good detail though middle row has green/blue rubbing on the backside that I think can be removed.

My numbers based on her year/mileage for the local zip:
-NADA Avg Trade $33k/Clean Trade $34.8K/Retail $38K
-CarFax Good PP $35,150/Retail $36.7k/Trade $30.5K; Excellent PP $36.5K/Retail $38K/Trade $31.6k
-Kbb very good PP $34.5K-$37.5K (Avg $36K)
-CarGurus IMV PP $38.3K /Trade $27.5K

If you want the carfax/autocheck just PM me your email and I'll send it.

Yeah that was what stopped me from going further but if you're going to mod the hell out of it and/or keep it for the long run you may be able to negotiate her price down even further. She didn't have to disclose that repair as it isn't on the carfax/autocheck but she did for what its worth. Also, she's about an hour away from SATX in a small town and going to have difficulty selling it regardless of the prior damage.
