2008 LC Horn Not Working

Hi all - I have an 2008 and the horn stopped working. I've replaced the fuse in the engine compartment but only got high tone to work. It's not very loud at all. Then it stopped working again after about a month. Could it be the horn relay possibly? If so, where is that? Any other thoughts?

My Horns went bad. I just replaced them with BIGGER LOUDER ones.
I think this is what I used. It gets attention.

That's definitely a good price at least. I was hoping to repair if it was easy and something I was overlooking but may go this route too. Was it an easy install or did you have someone do it? Thanks!

It's a simple plug and play. Just need to get pop a few plastic "rivets." If I remember I think I popped the grill but that's not a necessity.

Remove the big plastic over by the radiator, there's a 10mm (...maybe 12mm) fastener holding the horn on. One horn, each side.
