Front brake calipers for 200 LC / LX. Came out of a 2011 LX with 100K miles.
One or both of them were sticking, so they need refurbished / rebuilt with new seals, etc.
Toyota / Lexus websites says they will fit 2008 to 2015 LC or LX.

47730-60280 - passenger side.
47750-60280 - driver side.
