Excellent condition, very well maintained. I am the second owner. I rebuilt the carburetor at about 1000 miles and installed new factory spec jets (the previous owner had drilled out the pilot jet and the bike ran way too rich that way). I change the oil and clean the filter every 500 miles and/or every fall when it gets put away indoors for the winter.
