That is actually pretty accurate in my case but hopefully my experiences will make it easier for people in the future looking to do this update... I really should do a separate write up about my experience with this project... About the worst part of the update was related to a bad experience with getting the right Grille... It's a long story and involves a well known Land Cruiser parts company that I've not wanted to "slam" publicly for bad service until I tell the complete story. I will say definitely go for the OEM Toyota Grille if you do the update. You can never go wrong with OEM Toyota parts. I will add more to this later...
The end result was well worth it though and I have no regrets except I wish I'd done this sooner rather than experimenting with old OEM lights and other aftermarket lights... There is also quite a bit of fender trimming needed to fit the new one piece headlights... I used a dremel tool and small cut off wheels to trim mine...
