Dealer 2006 LX 470, 160k miles, 17.5k, California

I'm researching LX470's for when im ready to purchase late this year and came across this gem which appears to be a great deal for California car with lots of service records. If was ready i would be jumping on this is!!

Is this a deal? or are my spider senses for landcruiser deals still need improvrment?

Several potential trucks I’ve checked on have been in ‘multiple’ accidents... hard to get specifics on the extent, whether a grocery store bump or something little more serious!
