2006 LC -Rust question

I'd like yalls opinion on this 2006LC that I'd like to purchase. It's originally from Missouri. Is this rusty? Would you buy it? Price and mileage are within my specs.

Ya, there's some rust, but I think you're ok on that one. If you buy it, get under there and treat what you can get at. It may need a muffler.

Rust doesn't look too bad, some of that surface rust can be mitigated. I'd be thinking more about the condition of the AHC and the cost of removing/repairing it.

Clean that up and then once a year go back and do it again.

That is superficial rust with no issues. But the guys from texas and arizona will tell you that is too rusty.

the search continues! I decided to pass on this land cruiser. On the test drive I noticed twice when I came to a stop and start, it ever so slightly hesitated and found the gear. Not violent, but didn't feel right. Suprising to me, even my wife noticed it (she's normally oblivious to such things). After the test drive, I looked underneath and saw some coolant. I was told that the timing belt and water pump were replaced last week, so maybe it was left over from a leaky water pump. Also, the steering rack was leaking (somewhat common). Lastly, I decided I would look for something rust free.
