having problem finding the correct Bilstein 5100 Ride Height Adjustable for a Lexus gx 470. I have been told that Toyota land cruiser and gx shocks interchangeable is that correct? Looking for an easy way to level some my tires may clear my tires and avoid the rubbing noinse.

If you are referring to the front shocks, then the gx uses coilover style struts, while the LC uses torsion bars and standalone shocks for dampening only. Definitely won't work.
Maybe the gx would be interchangeable with the 4runner? I ran 5100s on a 2014 4runner and they were great. Adjusted the circlip up to gain a tad of lift up front.

FWIW I have the 5100s and they are a harsher ride. I would suggest spending a tad more and getting a simple dobinsons lift if you want comfort.
Had 5100 on GX. they lasted less than a year before leaking. I drove on dirt roads about three or four times a week some washboard and moderate off-roading. Replaced with the Dobinsons, never looked back. That being said, I went with the entry-level Dobinsons, they were great. If I were to buy another GX and do the front end again I would use the adjustable coilovers from Doninsons.
That's just my experience recently with 5100s. I know there's been a big push for Bilstein lately. I know they are OEM on some grades of Toyota. But I would much sooner go with KYB than Bilstein. Just my $0.02. good luck.

Consider the 6112 bilstein with a 650lb spring.... great set up. larger and stronger than 5100. same adjustment. not harsh at all.
It's all relative.... but I have done direct comparisons back to back on several of my own setups. I have owned 3 GXs and driven them both back to back with the one I keep around that has the 5100s.
The best ride quality is 100% STOCK with low mileage. These trucks drive the best in stock form, hands down. Problem is it's nearly impossible to find one with fully functional airbags/adjustable dampening, etc. so most people don't know what that actually feels like. I have a rig right now with 80k original miles and it is the best riding and handling GX I have ever been in. They did it right from the factory.
My Dobinsons "comfort" setup (2"/1") on stock sized load range C AT tires rides just like stock but handles like a wheelbarrow. Very soft ride but very noticeable roll in corners. Wasn't much taller than stock.
Bilstein 5100s with load range E AT tires rides like a damn skateboard, but handles far better than the Dobinsons comfort. It's harsh as it gets. Not quite leaf spring harsh, not solid front axle harsh, but relative to stock it rides like s***.
Bilsteign 5100s with load range C tires is still noticeably harsher than stock, but not as bad as with the stiffer Range E tires. Handles okay. This is the setup I keep around, mostly because it was the cheapest of them all and I can't make any money if I sell it. If I built this truck over again, I would NOT buy Bilsteins.

Taco shocks are bolt-on for the front. Rear just requires replacing the bottom bushing to make it fit, $10. I like it a lot over the stock shocks with 200K

If you want something that rides worse than solid axles, try old man emu "firm "shock on more or less stock weight GX. I had Bilstein 5100s on 10 ply KO2s for about 80,000 miles and survived. It's wasn't anything like stock but served me well on highway, off-road and pulling a trailer. Changed to 6 ply KO2s and thought I'd try the OMEs without doing research. They're for sale now. I went back to Bilstein 5100s and am satisfied with them on the softer tire. It doesn't corner like stock but is also 3.5" taller than stock.
I think the biggest problem with 5100's is when you raise the spring platform and use stock springs. That was sketchy until I put longer springs on and lowered the platform.
