3699# dry weight, approximately 4200# curb weight. Easily towable by many mid-sized SUVs and 1/2 ton pickups. We pulled this with an Acura MDX with 5000# towing capacity and 500# hitch rating for 5 seasons without issue.
We've moved to a triple bunk for our 3 kids and are selling our trailer. We're the second owner and have owned it since April 2012. We regularly camp in Illinois and Wisconsin and have take trips in it to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Mt Rushmore, Colorado, Moab, and the Grand Canyon. The solar setup has provided us light, water pump, and heat at night continuously while off the grid in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and the Grand Canyon.

Currently winterized.

Recent maintenance:

• Wheel bearings repacked last spring.
• Tires replaced last spring.
• Roof maintenance (two coat epoxy paint) performed fall 2015.
