Hello fellow Crusher enthusiast's. I recently bought a 04 100 series. The dealer had replaced the CV axles/boots with aftermarket ones. After reading some of the threads here on that issue, I want to replace the non OEM units with factory OEM Parts. My question is, how many of you have done this and does anyone have the Part numbers for the OEM units for both sides. I need to verify what I'm looking at on an online source for these units. I think I can purchase them complete ? I don't know for sure. I have had an offer by my Tech guy to find used ones and rebuild them. I saw on a Toyota Parts place online, that these can be bought for $430 give or take plus shipping. (Although that is wholesale). Someone quoted me $750 a side. Anyone who has gone the factory OEM route I would appreciate your feedback and opinion. I will not use anything but Toyota Factory Parts for this job. Thank you !

There are a number of sites where you can look up Toyota OEM part numbers. I often use toyodiy.com. It looks like the part number for the axle assemblies is 43430-60040. The retail looks like $783 so you should be able to get one for around $588. Confirm with one of the site's parts gurus like Beno.

Rick, can you forward where you found them... Thanks
Hiya Nukem
My LC Guy found them for me through his supplier. Not sure who he goes through. However I also found them through toyotapartsdirect.com. You can call them direct at 866-912-1903. They will have a wholesale price and and a reduced retail price. I have TorFab up here in WA state do my work for me. I've spent too many hours on my garage floor and my 57 year old body is not liking it anymore :O. They actually got them for $480 a piece. (my price).
