2004 LX470 rear cargo wet

Hi all
How are you guys?
Just got a chance today to tear up the rear cargo right panel to find out where the leak is.
Here is the photos




I don't know why there is water in there, and why it didn't drain.



Here is the close up look.

Anyway, I've seen posts regarding this issue, so just wanted so share what I've encountered now.
I will still dig in the forums and find the best solution to fix that.

The main hatch seal can leak, as well the 3rd tail light uptop. My main seal was leaking so bad I could hear water sloshing around. I would check the seal, stop light, and rear roof rack mounts. You need to put a towel in there, or a shop vac and get the water out. Rust will form quickly.
