Would you explain the title situation with off road only?

You can't legally import vehicles this new into the US or Canada unless for offroad/mine use only. In other words you can't license it for highway use as far as I know. There might be some loopholes, but I'm unfamiliar with them.

i have a 2003 legaly registered for highway use......it is easy to do it here in quebec,canada. it must be registered as a custom build.then it is no big deal with the air bag situation.

the one up for sale has never been registered at all!! i have the new vehicule description from toyota canada in my possession!.....just need to go to dmv to have it registered.

Wow, that is Cheap, wish I would have known that when I shipped my truck cross country years ago, when it cost me over $2000!

Good luck with sale, looks to be in good shape considering it is a mine truck.

Hi again everybody,
here is the 2003 hzj79 for sale, it is 100% fonctionnal, just replaced: 4 shocks, tires,rims, front axle seals(all),ome steering dampner, has RCMP siren and lights(3000$),rear diff.bearings(all),tie rods, maintenance on the front and rear brakes, e-brake working very good, cd player,c.b.radio, will come with original split rims too,rust proof treatment ect.ect.

the one originaly posted is gone to proffitt's for a complete makeover!

THIS ONE HAS VALID REGISTRATION IN CANADA ON HAND AND CAN BE TRANSFERED TO ANY BUYER.

This cruiser is the one offered for sale in nova scotia a few months ago.......bought it and did all of the repair the guy didn't tell me about.......(wouldn't recommend the guy i bought it from to anybody.....what a fuc$%/"ing lyer!!!)
