2004 FSM - in correct page order??? (1 Viewer)

So I downloaded the PDF's for the 2004 FSM that was posted here many years ago. It's always bugged me that the pages, for whatever reason, are NOT in numerical order.

Has anyone spent the time to resort the PDF pages and put in the correct order?

By the way, how come it seems everything is duplicated twice in the manual? Never could understand that.....
