Dealer 2003...what do you think?

I have looked at this 2003 a few times and am mulling over it. It has 100K miles but is relatively clean. The big thing is that the 90K service hasn't been done.

What do you think about the asking price of $20K? I don't have to buy and it has been sitting on the lot for 6 months, so I do have the position...for now. I'm trying to get them to pay for the service but they have been resistant.

That being said, I have been looking for either a LC or a Sequoia for space. I've got 3 kids and fitting in the back of a Tacoma doesn't work anymore.

Looks decent. I would try to find out as much as you could about the vehicle history.

Depending on who does the 90k service, figure 2k there.

I've pulled the Toyota records and there are no records of any warranty work. Truck is clean, appears to have been well cared for. You never know.

Ah, they have a "no negotiation" policy and don't seem to want to budge on their price. Since I don't need the LC this week I will wait awhile and come back to them. I'm also not too excited about a 10 year old nav head unit either.

You can buy a 2006 for roughly the same price with history, maybe a few more miles. Look around some more.

Listed for sale 10/12, so more then 6 months. The price has come down from $25k initially.
