Unfortunately, my wife and I are gearing up for a move to the Philippines in December and we've begun to liquidate some of our goodies. :frown:

Heres one pic, there are about 20 on the listing. I'm willing to move a little on the buy it now price.

So here is a quick copy and paste from the ebay listing.

Flea Bay listing

2003 Supercharged Toyota 4Runner. This truck was modified to a utility/truck back. The vehicle has never been in an accident and was modified in order to create something totally different.I am the original owner.

Factory advantages of the 4Runner are:

*Smaller sized SUV that is easily maneuverable on and off road
*Toyota reliability
*Full time 4WD
*Factory power sun/moon roof
*Homelink system
*4.7L V8 provides plenty of power and torque.
*XReas suspension package creates a handling package that is unequaled by any other SUV in the market. If you've ever driven a Runner with XReas, you know this vehicle handles like a sports car

Custom additions to this truck:

*Rear was professionally cut into a ute back and the spare tire carrier was incorporated into the tail gate. The carrier tilts down to allow better access to the bed and tire.
*Rear winch installed underneath the truck controls the carrier and the cable is easily removed for winching purposes.
*Revtek suspension lift
*4 inch body lift was installed on the truck to allow for the larger tires without rubbing (even under full stuff).
*Kenwood CD/DVD/Sirius player with an integrated back up camera. The sound system is also custom and comes with a subwoofer and amp.
*After market bumpers and sliders.
*TRD Supercharger
*Safari Snorkel
*Mirror lights
*HID conversion
*ARB rear lockers and an ARB compressor
*2 Optima Yellow Tops, 1 to run the winch/tire carrier. Theres an easy jumper site in the event the main battery is flat that would allow athe truck to start off the rear battery.
*OEM Toyota driving lights (no longer available)
*Power sliding rear window
*The seats were recovered with a catskin type leather with the TEQ emblem into them. (TEQ = Toyota in Kanji)
*35/12.5/R20 Nitto Mud Grappler's (6 total)
*20" charcoal powder coated Enkei wheels (5)

If you have questions, fire away. I'll answer them as soon as I can.

Thanks,

Doug

Edit: we put off leaving the States until mid to late March. Due mostly to the inability to liquidate some of our crap (houses and cars) and also because a graduation and birthday isn't until early April. Hence the reason for us still being here. :D

The rear wall of the cab is metal and was welded into place. It is not removable at least with out a saws-all.

I've often contemplated building a 3/4 length rack for the top, mounting it to the rear bars and the original roof rack mount, But I've never had the need. I have a trailer and a 100 series.

Doug,

If I read the listing correctly, you want to sell outright. Would you be interested in any trades?

Sid

I sent you a PM!

Sid, Yes, we are planning for a relocation to the Philippines. So I am in the process of reducing inventory. Unfortunately I can't go with any trades. In fact I'm still having a hard time deciding what to do with my Cruisers. My 40th Anniv. has also recently left the stable. :frown:

I have an 05 100 series and might put it on the block too. I can't see just having it sit in dry dock for possibly a few years. The 40 on the other hand I will probably store it. It will preserve much better IMHO (just in case the wife asks why).

Darren, I'll get back to you later this morning through PM or email. I need to take some more pics and measure up the bed area. I'm sure others would also want to know the dimensions.

UltraFJ, I think I've seen this rig at your house.... Are you in Four Seasons? I have a few friends that live there and pass by your small fleet of cruisers almost daily, I'm new to this forum and seeing this post is kind of surreal. Bummer you have to sell.. Anyways, Bump for a nice ride that I can atest to!!

Hey TRD, yes that's the casa. If you pass by sometime, feel free to drop in. If it's not sold, we'll take it for a spin. The supercharger kicks ass (even with 35's).

We're in the process of gearing up for a move out of the country and honestly as much as I like this truck, it doesn't make sense to keep it, the 40, 100 series and my wife's car. So as it stands, the 4Runner and the 100 are set to be sold. My wife wants to keep the 100 and sell the 40, but I have some issues with that.

We'll see how it shakes out.

Sorry for the off-topic, but what kind of bumper is that and what kind of snorkel?

Good luck with your sale. It looks like it took a lot of time and money.

Forgive me, I'm old and have feeble eyes but is there a price listed?

Who did the body work? Alan Podvin?

TJK

That has to b the coolest rig I have ever seen.

Did I read it correctly that it has a 4" body lift? Can it be removed or is it engineered into the conversion somehow?

That is sweet by the way.

How would we be able to get this in the hands of Toyota R&D. That is a super sweet ride in my opinion.
With a diesel that would be awesome (hear Kevin from the office).
