2003 Prado 120 Mirror Head Repair.

I searched for a solution, but didn't find one. Before I tear this apart, has anyone had to repair their mirror head? The three bolts in this picture back out on their own. It started wobbling on run on bad corrugation, I opened it found found that it looks like it has happened before. I suspect that whatever plastic bit the bolts go into is stripped. Any suggestions on a repair? Or do I need a new mirror head?

That is probably the best solution. I kicked around using self tapping screws of sometype, or a nutsert... I ended up just epoxying the s*** out of it
