I've got a clean title for the car, and it's never been in an accident. All the parts match up with the VIN. The frame is sturdy, though it has some surface rust, but I've treated it to stop it from getting worse. The body's in great shape, with some minor scratches and a few dents. Inside, it's clean and well-kept. The tires were changed in 2019 and have only been driven 20,000 miles since. The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 180,000 miles. This car has been serviced regularly at Lexus Naperville, with a detailed service history available on CarFax. Recently, I've replaced left CV axle, muffler, valve cover gaskets, and flushed the differential fluids. Everything's original, and all maintenance has been done, so everything works as it should. The hydraulic suspension has been serviced and adjusted according to the service manual.

Hi Tom

About three years ago, I have removed all the loose paint, scale and rust with a needle scaler. Then, all the surface was treated with two coats of rust reformer. Here is a quote from the product description:

"Rust Converter, a water-based primer, contains two active ingredients: Tannic acid and an organic polymer. The first ingredient, tannic acid, reacts with iron oxide (rust) and chemically converts it to iron tannate, a dark-colored stable material. Tannins are a group of water- and alcohol-soluble natural products extracted from fruits, trees and grasses. The second active ingredient is a proprietary organic polymer that provides a protective primer layer. The overall chemical reaction converts rust into a stable, black protective polymeric coating that serves as an excellent primer for both oil and epoxy based paints."

I love this product, since it's easy to use and must be applied over the rust in order to create a chemical reaction, which is exactly what we have under our cars in Illinois. The rust reformer I use is water based, so it must be covered with paint or it will be washed of within a few months. So I simply spray a matte black paint over it. I perform this procedure every fall before the winter, because some of the surface get sandblasted over the year.

I have made a walk around video with a detailed review of exterior and underbody:

And a short video of acceleration and interior review

Thank you
