Trade 2003 AWD LEXUS RX300 for 100 or LX470

I have an exceptionally well cared for and serviced (documentation) fuel efficient RX300 interested in getting into a 100 or LX470 with cash on my end. Open to anything but realistically 1998-2003, miles dont scare me but would like to keep it under 200k miles.
