Wanted 2003-2004 Land Cruiser 100 Series

I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area and am looking to purchase a nice condition 2003-2004 Land Cruiser 100 series for my family. I was supposed to pick one up tonight, but when I showed up they had sold it to someone else after they took my deposit and I had already taken out the loan and insurance.

It was a private seller. Small claims is about the only option. Let's hope I find a new one to buy from someone on this forum to take about the bad taste.
