Miles: 143,6xx(Roughly 500 more miles than pictured at 143,1xx)

Clean CarFax 2 Owners

Clean Clear Title

Interior Exterior in excellent shape for the age, drivers seat is a little worn, but no rips or tears in the leather anywhere.

Have too many vehicles sadly need to sell this one. Regularly serviced. Like New Michelin LTX tires they have roughly 13k miles on them. Heater, A/C, windows all work great. No rust was a Colorado/Arizona Vehicle.

EDIT: I fixed the key it is programmed now and locks and unlocks the doors now, and all the actuators seem to work fine. I replaced batteries on the FOB and found a post on this Forum. Thanks to the guy who made the YouTube video for dummies like me!!

The Sunroof however is still not operating is stuck closed though. I'm not sure if it's the motor, or cables sound like it wants to work when I hit the button but just clicks then quiet.

Due to Sunroof not operating: $12,750

EDIT 2: Posted the new photos and she's cleanly detailed ready for new home.

Here's a Used Car Check I had done at my local shop. I had a lot of questions about the timing belt and water pump. I'm definitely not trying to get one over on anyone and don't want to pass something off as done that wasn't. I don't have the previous records sadly nor does it show on CarFax so I paid for the check out and figured might as well have them change oil and filter as it was about due.

The 3 things they found that need/will need attention and I will list in order of importance according to the shop

1. The major concern is the timing belt water pump etc. I ordered the Evergreen TBK298MHWPA 98-07 Toyota Lexus 4.7 2UZFE Timing Belt Kit AISIN Water Pump. That I am doing along with item 2 it's already ordered will be done Tuesday 10/30/18.

2. The Front Rotors, and 4x4 wheel bearings.

After this point I can do if you would like will save a bit on Labor.

2a. New front brake pads as those still have a lot of life left.

3. As far as all the fluids I think that's normal maintenance(Every 30k they told me so due at roughly 150k) so if you wanted all those replaced I would only ask an extra $250 for all the fluids $12,750

If you are fine changing those yourself I'd be firm at the $12,500.

The Headlight has 2 chips on the drivers side and the bumper damage is one of the Hangers underneath is slightly bent. Sunroof already disclosed as it is obvious.
