I want to put the front end leveler (spacers) on my tacoma but someone told me it was bad for the front end and it would pull the tires in and cause them to wear uneven. any ideas?

If you slap in large spacers and don't get an alignment, then yes it's true. Otherwise, you'll be just fine. Remember, a 1/2" spacer will give you 1" of lift, and you'll want to get an alignment.

2.5 to 3" of front end lift on the tacomas can lead to premature cv failure. Most spacers are placed in the coil pack, and disassembly/reassembly can be very dangerous if you haven't done it before. Some prefer to take the coil assemblies to a shop to have them compressed, and spacer added.

If you have the trd progressive rate coils, your ride will suffer.

Do not attempt to do this yourself unless you've read the write-ups and dangers involved. I have done it several times with no problems, but a disclaimer is needed because if done improperly death/dismemberment could result. Good luck :flipoff2:
