Keep the 80 and 100, but trade-in the gf. Just kidding Lee! :)

Is there a cash price for the 80?

You have a very nice rig. I dont have a Wrangler to trade you but Im interested in purchasing it.

A few Q's:
Has the head gasket been replaced?
Can you post some interior pics?
How come there is no record from 2000 to 2010?

Head Gasket has not been replaced and shows no signs of needing it.

Interior Pics can be seen here.

Before me the two previous owners were Mud members.
This is the thread that 2 E L O bought it off of. I bought it off of 2 E L O. This is why no "Lexus" dealer maintenance shows on the records.

Update for the 470. She is getting new brakes and half shafts today. While in there they are going to pack the bearings. They are also doing the timing belt and wather pump, which should finish off the 90K service. In the next week or two I will also be installing a new Nav unit.

let us know when the 2002 is up for cash sale. thanks, T

Are you SURE you want a Wrangler? They are a real novel and fun idea until you own one. I have owned 4 Jeeps. My last 3 were a 2000 TJ Wrangler (fully built) on 35's. Then a 2000 XJ on 37's and finally a 2002 WJ on 33's. They all were constantly breaking down and only the WJ was comfortable. The Wrangler was by FAR the worst of the 3. I HATED it. The black hard top would just cook the interior. The short wheel base with stiff shocks road like a retarted 3 legged mule. I was VERY happy the day I sold that Wrangler. They look soooo fun until you own one. There is a reason why I am back in an 80 and plan to stay there. Going to a Wrangler is definately going in the wrong direction. Unless your getting a 2013 JK 4 Door Rubicon with the new 3.6 then STAY AWAY from Jeeps. The ONLY upgrade would be a new Rubi; but those come at a huge premium. Might as well just keep the 100 for daily driving and build the 80 for the trails.

I got your post on my "wanted" add. Your 80 is beautiful and I know my buddy would be quite interested, but if I am reading your sig right I think your in Indiana. Is that correct?

Has that ever seen mud ?? Btw jeeps suck !!!

Im very interested in the 80's series. I PM'd you, but I do not know if it worked since I am a new member.

Please reply to this if you did not receive my PM and we will find a way to get in touch.

Thanks

What do ya'll have to trade? Looking for maybe a manual coupe with a V8. Muscle car etc. Anyone looking to get out of a toy for a family rig. I don't need 3 rows of seat when it's just me and the :princess:

Bump this back up for the 80. I appreicate the 100 series and its amazing ride more than the offers I have been getting on her so I'm leaning towards keeping the 100 because it DD sooo nice, and we really have no use for solid axles looking for 12k for the LX450.
