2002 Lexus LX470 Sprk Plugs

I want to change the spark plugs on my 2002 Lexus LX470...
A. How hard is this to do??
B. What spark plugs do you guys recommend? NGK Champion etc.
Can I buy this at the local auto store? And what would the plug number be? I appreciat all your help guys!!

The back plugs can be difficult to reach. I'd get OEM iridium plugs.
