You can buy the LCD replacements for some of them(LC and LX). Are you saying you cannot do it for the 2002 series?

Toyota doesn't sell just the screen alone. So, no Toyota part number.

Here's what the screen looks like. It does work perfectly. Errr with the exception that it looks like hell...
Is that crazed portion the screen itself or a "cover"
Can I fix this with just the screen is my question I guess?
If feels smooth to the touch, you can't feel the crazing

lesgarten, did this work for you? My 2002 screen has the same issue as yours, although nowhere near as bad.
Is the digitizer screen crazed or is it a separate panel in front and the screen was ok?

The problems I had were that I got it working, but... The OEM panel has a THICK piece of acrylic material on top of the display thats bonded to it. That's the part that crazes. So I have the screen replaced. Works well, but it's kinda a raw screen. Very soft and flexible with not protection. I am going to do a Nav delete over the Winter and that will solve the problem for me.
@unleashd how did you handle this issue?
