For Sale 2002 Kimberley Kamper

I have a 2002 Kimberley Kamper for sale. It was the only one imported setup to carry an ATV on top. It has the ramps. I was the importer of these and still have one I use. This one I sold and the guy used it once. He then left it outside. I bought it back about 18 months ago. Just have not had time to go through it. It needs to be cleaned up and a new mattress. New gas line to grill. Has all the canvas. It has the larger tube galvanized chassis.

Going to need photos. Especially if it has sat outdoors for 15 years. Does the needs new mattress comment mean water damage, rot, rodents or otherwise got into it? Condition of canvas, tires, etc.
