I am selling my emerald green 2001 Toyota Tundra 4x4 V8 with 76,000 miles The title is completely free and clear with NO liens. It is very hard for me to get rid of this truck but my fiancee and I are in the market for a house and I need to get some money together for a down payment. Otherwise, I would have kept this truck forever. This truck has been taken care of meticulously its whole life and I have all receipts to prove this. I use only synthetic oil every 3,000 miles and it gets a fresh air filter every 6,000 miles. All other maintenance has been done according to mileage schedules. Everything on this truck works, there are absolutely 0 problems with it. Now for the details...
This truck is a fully loaded, SR5/ TRD edition Tundra with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, keyless entry system, and alarm. It also comes equipped with a full tow package, and a 2 inch lift kit with custom American Racing Mojave Beadlocks and 285/75 16 Nitto Terra Grappler tires. These tires are approximately the size of a 33 inch tire. The tires have plenty of tread left on them, around 75%. I also left the premium stereo system in this truck which includes 4 alpine coaxial speakers ($450), Orion 4 channel/400 watt amplifier ($200), and Alpine Double Din Cd Player with remote ($300). I did have a JL subwoofer connected to this set-up, however, the sub and box have been removed. It will be easy for a new buyer to install a sub though because all of the wiring is still there. You simply have to decide where you want your subwoofer to go and "plug it in". No additional wiring necessary!
Cosmetically speaking, I have quite a few parts that I have put on to enhance the look of the truck. To begin, I had an Ivan Stewart front bumper cover and fender flares custom painted to match the truck. The difference these body modifications made is pretty incredible compared to a stock truck. I also installed a precision billet grille, black headlights and corner markers, and projector foglights with PIAA bulbs. A custom smoked LED third brake light was also installed as were factory 2005 Toyota taillights along with LED hyper white turn signals. To keep the LED turn signals from flashing really fast I wired in resistors which keeps the turn signal pulses at a normal level. Lastly, white face gauges replaced the stock black ones and these have an adjuster to change them from blue to green at night depending on what you prefer. There have been no shortcuts performed on this truck. While this truck has a few small scratches and a couple small dings, it is in great condition for its age. The motor does not leak any oil, there is no rust on the frame or body, you will be nothing but happy when you see this truck and even happier when you drive it! The V8 has plenty of power to tow and yet won't break the bank with gas mileage. I was getting about 16 miles per gallon in the city and 18 on the highway.
