I did the t belt on my moms 100 series 4.7 at 120000 belt had very little wear. Its not had to replace about a 3-4 hour job. Just like a big 3.4 lol
 
I would say to save your money for now and do it later (much later). There is no rush. I replaced Timing Belts. Seals, Water Pump and the whole 9 yards when my LX470 was 11-year-old and @60K miles. What I found was that all the parts were still looking like new despite the age.

Although, what I did gave me peace of mind now, if I had known all the parts were still in perfect condition, I would not have wasted my money and time. Sometimes, I think we are just too eager to replace things and waste a lot of $$$.
