2001 LC Electrical problem? (1 Viewer)

I am the second owner of a 2001 LC that had approximately 20K miles when I bought it three years ago. The original owner stated no problems, always garaged, clean carfax, etc. After about a year the tachometer quite working. but I never replaced it. After about another year the tachometer started working again, but the elctric windows (with the exception of the driver's window) stopped working. The Toyota shop says I need three new window motors, but I am thinking it could be as simple as a fuse. Unfortunately, I am as mechanical as a newborn and I have no idea where to look for the appropriate fuse. Any advice would be appreciated.
