Hi guys.
I have been lurking here for the past couple of months or so after buying a 2001 LC with 94K miles here in Los Angeles. Paid 22K out the door and I'm thrilled. It's everything I wanted including the Thunder cloud exterior. I'm really enjoying reading what everyone has to say about thier rigs. So much passion with all you LC lovers. Obviously I made the right choice. I was particularly interested to read about the 90K maintenance everyone recommends (timing chain, serpentine, water pump etc). I'll probably do that very soon.
My question is about the cabin air filters. I read the forum that explains how to remove the glove box etc. I did all of that and I don't seem to have the access door for the filters on mine. Did they put it somewhere else on the '01 100s or got rid of it altogether.
Also, how do I get ahold of cruiser Dan for replacement parts on the 90K service parts I will need?
Any help would be appreciated.
Looking forward to this forum. I check every time I'm online now. This is a great forum.
Happy trails!!
