What's the history of this vehicle? Carfax? Service history?

From what I can tell the vehicle has been well maintained. Happy to provide the VIN if desired via email. The LX needs very little aside from a new drivers side lock motor which I have but have not installed. There is a slight manifold leak near the passenger side but it has thus far been much too minor to fix.
