No. 1999 was the last year they cam from the factory with the locker. in 2000 they started using Alltrac.

I added a few more on Craigslist. if you have any interest, let me know. I just bought a travel trailer, so unfortunately the Land Cruiser needs to go soon. I have an offer I may take tomorrow, but I'd rather see it go to someone that will appreciate it, if possible.
