2000 4Runner rust check?

Here are undercarriage pics of a N-E 2000 4Runner I just looked at.
Rust looks manageable (for a N-E truck). For those of you living in rust belts, is this pretty typical, anything worrysome that you can detect from looking at the pics?
The truck looks good up top and inside, about 130k miles on it.

Also suggest you take a screwdriver and probe up inside the lower rear control arm bracket and see if the bottom of the frame is solid on the inside of the bracket. Water can pool inside the frame there and rust it from the inside out until that bracket just falls off. Ask me how I know.
