200s are awesome
wheel spacers can be useful in some situations and safe if properly installed
not a fan of the Duratracs, there are better tires out there.

Wait, what was the question?

I'm running 10W50 personally, really quiets the lifters/cam. Especially in 0 degree weather with the truck being left outside overnight. so much so that I'm considering switching to 20W50 on my next change.

Quick question: Can I run 37's with original wheels, no lift, and no spacers?

Yes assuming you only drive in a straight line on flat ground.

Sorry I forgot to add the picture. I installed the Spacers with RED thread locker ... they are working fine. Running 275/65/18... they do rub .. even with the spacers
