200 Series V8 twin turbo Diesel

Have been lurking in the background for sometime, wondering about upgrading from 1998 UZJ100 V8 . Have just been offered and 2012 200 GX V8 twin turbo diesel with 150 000 Km on the clock and the cherry on the cake for me a manual transmission. Quoted below $ 35 000 USD.
Pics make the vehicle look good, haven't seen it in the flesh yet.
Was wondering if anyone has any good or bad pointers for these vehicles. I expect it will be more the Aussie and South Africa folk with V8 twin turbo experience on the 200 series. Few pics below

That's a great ride for Zambia's roads. Does it have the AHC suspension system? I want it! Love the factory tire carrier, and I'm very jealous of the twin turbo diesel 1VD-FTV.

100 % sure, rear combo I know, but seems to be a Southern Africa option or variant. Going to eye ball the vehicle on Monday, very excited.
