200 series Rear entertainment system problem (1 Viewer)

First time poster, thanks for all replies. 2016 LC rear entertainment system. Only one screen in the backseat plays DVDs. Yet when I press the buttons for the menu for the non working screen, it shows the options and I can scroll through all the inputs. But when playing movies or anything else is would turn black. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My guess is the wire going to the input is loose. Sounds like the screen itself works but it’s not getting the video signal
