i had a doe broad side me and crack the bottom plastic of my mirror, the dealer wants 1k .
Does anyone have a suggestion?

Shop online for the part? It can't be very hard to R&R? Find a youtube video on mirror removal. I'm sure most Toyotas are similar as far as removal.

The colored cover can be purchased very cheap already painted (about $50) but if it’s the black housing, that probably isn’t going to be cheap.

i wish it was the cover, its the bottom housing. took the door panel off yesterday in 15 minutes no problem.
i am thinking of buying an aftermarket one off ebay and "hopefully "transferring internals& camera. mine has a 22 pin the after markets
are 11 pin .

I broke the passenger side side mirror's out cover on my 2014 LX. Dealer wants 1200 and i am not able to find the outer cover. So kind of in the similar situation. Any ideas where i can get the outer cover. I am unable to see it online.

outer back cover is 59.00 from dealer or ebay. if the lower base is broke your in the same boat as i am
and its "sinking".

Lower base is not broken. Just need the out back cover. Does anyone know the part number or any eBay listing as I can’t find it. All I see are the once for GX 460 or 2016+ lx
