I have a 2010 LC 200 and the driver seat is really uncomfortable. After 30 minutes my back is killing me. I am 6'2 and 185lbs. Anyone else experiencing this? I am seriously considering selling.

Well Toyota isn't known for comfortable seats. Instead of selling, why not look at an aftermarket seat from Sparco, Corbeau, Momo, and the like. A decent seat will cost between $800-1500 but you'll end up loosing more than that if you are looking to sell the LC. A couple of months back I think Road & Track had an article that compared several aftermarket seats.

Another alternative is to see if you can get a seat from the Sequoia Platinum edition. The seat is larger and has an adjustable leg extension on the bottom cushion. Overall, it felt like a better seat than the LC's when I test drove them.

I'm almost the same weight and height and don't have an issue. The seats are not very deep and I do wish they were deeper. My problem is the distance to the pedals. I wish I could get a farther distance from my seat to the pedals. Even with the seat all the way back, my knee is still more bent than I would like.

In addition, I wear a size 13 shoe, so my toes don't quite fit. I have to have my foot tilted sideways to fit under there. Minor inconveniences though and I've managed to deal with it. Remember, this is a Japanese designed vehicle ;)

Have you considered taking the vehicle to an upholstery shop and have them custom form a seat padding, replacing what's in there now? By far the cheapest option and you'd get great comfort I'd think.

These work well for me.....

I have installed Recaro Cross Speed M on mine, they have also a product that should encourage you to keep your vehicule, it's the Orthopaed check it out .: RECARO :.

I find that the LC200 seats are very broad and do not have a lot of side bolstering, so if I drive through many fast twisty sections of road, I'm always having to brace myself, as the seats don't really hug me as much. But I'm also a relatively small build, so it may be perfect for someone who is broader in build.

The early LC200 entry level models (with the cloth seats) sold in Australia do not have lumbar support adjustment, but the latter entry level models did come with lumbar support adjustment and seat height adjustment.

I have not found my seats to be uncomfortable for a extended (10 hour) drive.

I don't have a 200, but I'm a bit confused as to how you never noticed that the seats were that uncomfortable when you test drove the LC?????

Hi. Great Looking seat. I am pretty concerned with headroom on 200 landcruisers. I personally feel 100 series have more headroom. So do you feel that with this recaro seat you have more headroom or is it just more comfortable but same hight.

If the 200 has the same low floor as the Tundra, and it should, the Recaro seats can set very low.

The kids love their seats... :D

What car is on that pic above by the way))? Surely its not 200)).
