B7 200 series is much tougher then that, i have seen it keeping occupants safe even if hit with 100kg of explosive.

said to be work of 50kg explosive

No way that TLC is FB7/BR7 the glass is around 39mm-45mm

NIJ IV single shot would be 55mm and proper BR7 you are looking in the 72-75mm

Also FB7/BR7 is actually more risk of damage during an explosion then that of a FB6/BR6.

Most FB6 vehicles use a 6-7mm 500 brinell, on the other hand alot of armoring companies that are doing commercial vehicles like the TLC will use a 10mm thick 600 brinell to get FB7 protection.

Although 600 brinell allows better ballistic protection, it is to brittle when being exposed to explosions. (thus turning the vehicle itself into a pipe bomb) To offer FB7 in a 500 brinell you would be over 15mm thick making the vehicle to heavy to properly function.

Also that 100kg must have been far from the TLC - I have seen alot less then 100kg lift a 7ton F-550 gun truck straight up into the air and landing upside down. Shockwave alone killed everyone inside.
