If 'going up hill' is different from merely a noticeable load---could it be a broken motor/transmission mount that is shifting to allow a vibration. I have not felt anything like this.I notice this long time ago each ti I am going up the hill I feel like a grinding vibration from the front I can't tell if it is coming from the front axle or engine or transfer case - any similar feelings??

just simply traveling as the freeway speed , going state the road or doing down all well only when the rig start going up - I think like user chilibit said it must be passenger engine mount , symptoms are the same it is hard to get to inspect those suckers.Did not see any mention of 80 mph. Thought you were talking about stopping and then starting up a hill. Guess I missed the 80 mph??
