I am getting 33" Ko3's installed in early August and need some new shocks as well, I have the OEM suspension setup and was looking at the Icon 2.0 0-3" shocks and 2" Dobinson springs. I know this has probably been discussed in other threads but I want to see if I need to change any other suspension/steering components as most are relatively old, I am trying to keep it below $2,500 and don't want to spend $1k on the DVS arms. I won't be doing any hard lines mostly fire roads as well as the WA and ID BDR.

Why not keep it simple and just get the Dobinson yellow shocks? More than enough for what you’re trying to do. Spend the rest of that on a oem bushing kit

Agree, why mess with Icon! Call Exit Off Road and they will set you up with a complete Dobinsons package that will meet your needs.

With 33’s why even mess with a lift? Get some OEM replacement shocks for under $300 total. 33’s and stock height, especially the BFGs that are on the small end of the spectrum, will run just fine. Lifting it 2” is only going to make you want 35’s.
Agree with this. I’d keep it stock height. Invest in all new OEM bushes and shocks, and some new stock height springs. Perfect for 33s
