I have about a 2 inch tear on my driver's seat bottom due to wear; I have a 2004 LX470 with 150k miles.

What does everyone suggest to do. It seems to be getting worse somewhat quickly, no matter how much I try to ease in and out, over it.

Seat is in pretty good condition for the mileage, otherwise...

Thanks!

Cover it? Replace the leather? Sew it together? Buy an entirely new seat? Get a new hundy?

You could clean and condition the leather to minimize further tearing. An upholstery shop would be able to repair or replace the leather seat panel that needs work. Or you could get some new leather from Metric TLC.
