Hey Folks,
Ok, before I receive the obvious answers here, I'm not looking for "you need to change the hood, grill, lights and fenders. -Understood.
Here's the situation, the 2.5 Gen ARB bumper looks way better, flat out. More modern, and seems to provide more front of tire clearance along with for some it's less expensive than the 2nd Gen ARB Bumper. Like $1693 vs. $2299. It also appears to "tuck" to the grill cleaner and not just hang out in space.
So for the reason above, given the frame did not change, only the shell, not even the cab on the 2.5Gen. Does anyone see a reason why with modification, including a posable birds mouth cut in the fender this couldn't be done?
My main concern at this point is the alignment of the bars and the headlights since those are very different.
Let me hear some thoughts!
Thanks,
-A
