Has anyone seen a leak like this? Trying to figure out the source of the leak.

What I find odd is that the belts are dry.

The gaurd below all this was removed to get this pic and its caked with oil build up.

Front crank seal? Looks like it gets on that pulley and sprays outward....
If the crank was leaking from the front, would that mean there'd be leakage behind the belt cover?

Ignoring the black wire I have hanging down (it's a poor pic) - everything behind the cover is clean and dry. I originally opened it because I thought a leak was coming from there but it looks like it's just getting splashed on the bottom left of the case - which I then cleaned.

If there is a leak at the crank, there should not be oil under the timing belt cover, but sprayed on like you described.

Best bet, (if you can get some degreaser in there) is to clean it all off, then let it run and warm up and inspect where there is some fresh leakage and where it is coming from.
